Stuffed pumpkin with minced meat and leeks

But I want to change that today and brought you a pumpkin stuffed with minced meat.One of my absolute favorites is the stuffed pumpkin with minced meat and leeks.Store and dice the half of the pulp.
Fill the minced meat into the pumpkin and sprinkle with cheese. Put the lid on and bake the pumpkin in the oven for about 30 minutes until it is soft.
You can eat the pumpkin completely with the shell. If you would like a side dish, I would recommend rice or fresh baguette. We eat the pumpkin mostly pure.
